Optimal Render offers both subscription-based and one-time service models.

Fair Use Notice:
Unlimited renders/revisions and one active task at a time are only available with an active monthly subscription. These services are provided within fair monthly usage guidelines to ensure sustainable workflow management.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, graphics, and intellectual property associated with the Services remain the property of Optimal Render LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services as intended.
You may not:

Reverse engineer or resell our platform

Remove copyright or proprietary notices

Use our Services to train or build competing models or services
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or other technical reasons.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any designs, assets, or materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to use them solely for delivering the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optimal Render LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.
